FAQ

Good to know

Do you take a deposit?

Yes. Weddings: a $500 retainer holds the date, balance due 14 days before. Private and corporate events: 50% to hold the date, balance on the day. Bar and club nights: no deposit, a confirmation text is enough.

How far will you travel?

Anywhere within 45 miles of Old Town Fort Collins is included — that covers Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, Longmont, Estes Park, and Cheyenne. 45–90 miles (Boulder, Denver metro) is a flat $150. Farther or over a mountain pass is $300 plus a night's lodging. Full zones are on the weddings page.

Do you bring your own gear?

Both ways work. Bars, clubs, and arenas: the Serato rig plugs into the house system. Weddings, private, and outdoor events: full sound comes with the booking — tops, subs, wireless mics, and a battery-powered ceremony system for sites with no power.

Can guests make requests?

Bar nights, yes — that is half the fun. Private events and weddings are your call: open requests, requests filtered through your do-not-play list, or none.

How far in advance should I book?

Weddings: six to twelve months for May–October Saturdays. Corporate and private events: a month is comfortable. Bar nights and fitness classes: a week or two, sooner if you can.

Do you MC?

Announcements, introductions, and timeline calls are part of every wedding and corporate booking, read from the run sheet we build together. Want a full-time host working the room? A dedicated MC is an add-on — low-key, classic, or hype.
